"My work has always been centered on helping people navigate systems that weren’t always built with them in mind.  In my career at Noble of Indiana, I led programs across multiple sites that supported individuals with disabilities, partnering closely with families, employers, and community organizations.  I loved the challenge of building structures that made life a little easier for the people we served - whether that meant strengthening contracts, developing clear procedures, or creating a progressive employment program that opened doors to meaningful, long-term work.
 

That same commitment to clarity and empowerment guides my work as a multi-state licensed Independent Insurance Broker.  Insurance can feel overwhelming, especially when people are making decisions that affect health, finances, and the future.  I take pride in breaking down complex information into guidance that feels understandable and actionable.  My goal is always the same: to make sure individuals and families feel informed, supported, and confident in the choices they make.
